The Town of Wilmington Health Department is hosting its Annual Rabies Clinic on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at the Public Buildings Department, 30 Church Street, from 12 noon to 2:00 pm. Rabies vaccines will be available for dogs and cats at a cost of $10 per animal. Dogs must be leashed and cats must be in a carrier.
Representatives from the Town Clerk’s Office will also be available during the Rabies Clinic to process dog licenses. The cost for a dog license is $10 per spayed/neutered dog, and $15 per non-spayed/non-neutered dog.
Late fees for dog licenses will be enforced beginning Wednesday, April 19, 2017. The late fee is an additional $15 per dog with a $30 cap per household. Pursuant to G.L. Chapter 141 “no more than four (4) dogs are allowed per household.”
If your dog has already been vaccinated, but not licensed, you can complete a Dog License Form and return it, along with license fee and a self-addressed envelope to the Town Clerk’s Office, 121 Glen Road, Wilmington, MA 01887. You can also register your dog online at www.wilmingtonma.gov.
