This booklet was prepared by GeoInsight, Inc. of Westford, Massachusetts, in cooperation with the local Committee overseeing the grant. The Committee is comprised of concerned citizens of Wilmington and Tewksbury, together with representatives of the Wilmington and Tewksbury Boards of Health.
