January 3rd - Sean Collier Day

During their evening meeting of December 13th, Wilmington's Board of Selectmen unanimously voted to make January 3rd Sean Collier Day in Town. Sean, a Wilmington native and MIT officer, tragically lost his life in the line of duty in the aftermath of the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing. January 3rd is Sean's birthday and this Monday will be the first Sean Collier Day in Wilmington.
