Flags Lowered to Half Staff

Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker has ordered that the United States flag and the Commonwealth flag be lowered to half-staff at all state buildings from sunrise until sunset on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 in honor of SSG Sean Christopher O'Connell, U.S. Army 379th Engineer Company, of Rockland, MA.
