Do I need to file with Conservation for the project I want to do?

In most cases, if work is within 100 feet of a wetland or within 200 feet of a perennial stream, you will need to file with the Conservation Commission. This includes, in part, building an addition, cutting trees, repairing a septic system, and extending a lawn. If you are unsure or have questions, please contact the office and we will assist you.
