Lowell Regional Transit Authority Seeking Input from Wilmington Residents

Attention Wilmington Residents, Workers and Businesses -

The Lowell Regional Transit Authority (LRTA) is working to make bus service better in and around Lowell; this includes Wilmington routes. LRTA has developed draft recommendations for improvements to the bus network and individual routes, and they want your feedback!
