Welcome to the Town of Wilmington's Purchasing Department.  This is a convenient place for consultants, service providers, contractors, vendors and suppliers to learn about Wilmington's current bidding and contract opportunities.  Scroll down this page to view Open Bids.

In order to view RFP, RFQ & IFBs online, you must register for each set of specifications you are requesting. Please ensure the information you provide via the registration form is correct. Once you submit your registration, you will then be able to view the Bid/Specification documents online. As a registered planholder you will be automatically notified of changes or addenda.  It is the Contractor's responsibility to make certain they have received any/all addenda relating to a particular bid or proposal on this website prior to the deadline. The Town of Wilmington will not be held responsible for providing updates to those companies who do not register.
