Human Resources
The Human Resources Division manages the personnel and benefit functions of the Town. These include:
- Formulating and implementing personnel policies,
- Employee relations,
- Support for collective bargaining,
- Wages and salaries administration,
- Recruitment,
- Monitoring workers' compensation,
- Administration of job related police and fire injuries,
- Benefits administration for Town and School employees and retirees,
- Overseeing unemployment benefits, and
- Managing personnel records.
