Wilmington Rapid Recovery Plan

As part of the Wilmington Economic Development Committee’s effort to help Wilmington pull the local economy out of the COVID-19 pandemic, using state grant funds, we worked with a municipal consultant to review the Rte. 38/129 commercial district and offer a path to recovery and growth. Findings and recommendations may be found here.
