362 Middlesex Avenue Public Hearings Continued for Planning & Zoning

The following is an update on the Public Hearings scheduled for 362 Middlesex Avenue (proposed Rehabilitation Facility):
Planning Board Public Hearing – Definitive Subdivision #18-02, Site Plan Review #18-06, Stormwater Management Permit #18-08 for 362 Middlesex Avenue – scheduled for September 11th, will be continued to Tuesday, October 2, 2018.
Board of Appeals Public Hearing – Case 7-18 to acquire a Special Permit in accordance with §3.4.6, 6.1.3 and 6.1.4 to construct a forty-eight (48) bed rehabilitation facility over the site of the razed building for property located on 362 Middlesex Avenue – scheduled for September 12th, will be continued to Wednesday, October 10, 2018.
