May 4th Annual Town Meeting
Dear residents,
This is a friendly reminder of our upcoming May 4th Annual Town Meeting beginning at 9 AM at the WHS Auditorium. We are counting on you to help us shape our town.
Did you know that the Town of Wilmington’s legislative body is our Open Town Meeting? It’s up to the residents of Wilmington to make decisions on budgets, capital projects, zoning articles and other business from year to year. These decisions are made at Town Meeting. Annually, a Warrant document is issued containing all of the items to be voted on by residents at Town Meeting. This year’s Warrant can be viewed here where you can also find more information about this year’s meeting.

Need childcare assistance for the meeting? The Wilmington Public School District will be providing childcare (from 9am to 2pm) for children in grades PreK through grade 6 so town residents can attend the meeting. Sign-ups will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Space will be limited to maintain an appropriate childcare provider-to-child ratio.
Pre-registration is required. Deadline to sign up is 5pm on Wednesday, 5/1/2024.
