Town Manager Hull Presents Budget to Board of Selectmen

On Monday, January 25, Town Manager Hull presented his proposed budget for fiscal year 2022 to members of the Board of Selectmen.  His budget message is attached.  Further information may be found in the Budget Summary document.

The Finance Committee begins their budget review on Tuesday, January 26 with the FY 22 Budget Overview; Revenue; General Government and continue on the following dates:

January 28       –    Planning & Conservation, Building Inspector/Board of Appeals, Board of Health

February 2       –    Department of Public Works

February 4       –    Veterans’ Services, Elderly Services Commission

February 9       –    Public Buildings Department

February 11     –     Public Library, Recreation, Historical Commission

February 23     –     Police Department, Public Safety Central Dispatch, Fire Department

February 25     –    Town Clerk, Information Technology

March 2            –    Shawsheen Technical School District

March 4            –    Wilmington Public Schools

March 16         –    Joint Meeting with the Planning Board to Review Warrant for Town Meeting

March 18      –      Finance Committee to Vote their Recommendations
