For Wilmington's Adults-Caretakers: Youth Mental Health Survey
Good morning residents,
Wilmington's Health & Recovery Unit is looking to get an Adult perspective on the Mental Health of Wilmington's youth. With a special thank you to Wilmington's Health Department, the survey is being offered as part of a Tri-Community grant program alongside our Burlington and Lexington neighbors.
The Health Recovery Unit wants a better understanding of adult perspectives and concerns regarding mental health, substance abuse and other health issues impacting Wilmington's youth. This survey IS NOT exclusively for parents. We are looking for feedback from parents, coaches, teachers, guardians, religious leaders, family friends and anyone with youths in their life who wants to provide any of their own insight on this subject matter.
