Rededication of Parks, Squares, and Monuments

The Department of Veterans' Services begins by Rededicating the Wilmington Police Memorial at the Public Safety Building, then moves to the Memorial Shrine at St. Thomas Church, and ends at the Veterans Monument on Town Common where all of the Squares and Memorials will be rededicated.
