Ordering Town Clerks Services Online

The office of the Town Clerk has provided the ability to order Birth, Death, and Marriage Certificates.  You can also renew your dog registration from December 1 until March 31! Please note there is a $2.00 convenience fee when registering your dog online.  All Credit card transactions will have a 2.9% credit card fee.  All fee's will show on your invoice before you pay. 

  • If you would like to mail in your dog registration renewal to avoid this fee, click here for an application to mail in with your payment.
  • If you would like to request a Birth, Marriage, or Death Certificate by mail click here for an application to include with your payment.

Instructions on how to use the new Clerks Online Services Program

  • You will need to create an account the first time you use this page.  Once this account is created you will only need to enter your email to log in and use this site in the future. 
  • Enter your email address.  It will send you a link to confirm your email address.
  • Use the link to fill out the necessary information to create the account
  • Once completed, it will send you a link to order your item
  • Fill out all the fields needed to process your order and save it.  Once we receive it, it will be reviewed.  When it is accepted by this office, it will send you a link to pay for your purchase.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your payment is successful
