Andover Street Woburn Street Sidewalk Preliminary Design

The Town of Wilmington has contracted with Green International Affiliates, Inc. (Green) to provide preliminary engineering design and survey services for the proposed Woburn and Andover Street Sidewalk Project.  The limits of the survey extend from the Woburn Street/Route 62 intersection, northerly along Andover Street, to Emerald Avenue.  This phase of the project is funded through a State Earmark.

Please be advised that representatives from Green will be performing wetland delineation, topographic field survey and data collection along Andover Street and Woburn Street starting the week of October 24, 2022 through the month of November 2022.  These activities include field observations, topographic survey, and wetland resource delineation along the Right of Way.  Intermittent access along parcel frontages will occur during this time to field survey and collect data, to develop a comprehensive design plan.  The Town greatly appreciates your cooperation and will make every effort to minimize any inconvenience.   If you require further information or have any questions, please contact Paul Alunni, Town Engineer, at (978) 658-4499.
